We continue to be in touch with the customer and follow up with him on how he wants to proceedwe did offer another solution for him like we said, and waiting for his respondwe will continue to make any effort to solve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm hesitant to trust they will make this rightI've communicated my reasons with them in a separate email and told them I need time to consult with other resources before moving forwardThey've already done a poor job with the second try at fixing this and ignored my concerns over that and never addressed the problem until I reopened this complaintI don't want to get burned againI've already taken too much time off work to accommodate their schedule
