this response because: as you can see from the screenshot of our email communication they did NOT offer a full refund for the car and feeThey said they would offer a refund MINUS another document fee of $of which I paid once when I bought the car, but now they want againAnd they said they'd have to look at the car to see if it overheated or was over revved and would not offer a refund if it wasLike I explained to them the dash didn't work and they shouldn've known that, plus it should've been sold with coolant and oil, it's fraud to sell a car you said your mechanics checked out and was in good conditionAnd I told them in years I never had a clutch problemSo they're still playing gamesWithin hour of leaving the car was completely deaddoesn't mean a free pass to commit fraud and put someone's life in danger selling an unsafe carThis same dealership paid $66,in fines in for doing this very thing to over a dozen peopleI'm expecting an unconditional full refund in the amount of $2500, which is what I paid for a car they said worked fine

Do not buy any car from this company Very untrustworthy people to deal with Anything they say, have it in writing and signedThey'll say anything to buy some time and will say something else If you must buy a car from them, make sure you visit in person to inspect and test drive Also get your title at the time you sign It took months for me to get my titleMeanwhile, the car was sitting in my driveway collecting dust(while I'm paying my insurance) Got my car from ebay(big mistake), they told me that I have to pay extra money if I buy it through ebay and made me buy it outside of ebay(big mistake) The car had hail damages(which won't show in the pictures they had in the ebay)different tires all the way aroundIt shakes when you drive over mphAnd had bad rotors which I had to exchange right away And refused to pay $which they promised to me for the cost of the insurance for the months car being sat in my driveway collecting dust

rejecting this response because: as you can see from the screenshot of our email communication they did NOT offer a full refund for the car and fee. They said they would offer a refund MINUS another document fee of $395 of which I paid once when I bought the car, but now they want again. And they said they'd have to look at the car to see if it overheated or was over revved and would not offer a refund if it was. Like I explained to them the dash didn't work and they shouldn've known that, plus it should've been sold with coolant and oil, it's fraud to sell a car you said your mechanics checked out and was in good condition. And I told them in 20 years I never had a clutch problem. So they're still playing games. Within 1 hour of leaving the car was completely dead. As-is doesn't mean a free pass to commit fraud and put someone's life in danger selling an unsafe car. This same dealership paid $66,000 in fines in 2013 for doing this very thing to over a dozen people. I'm expecting an unconditional full refund in the amount of $2500, which is what I paid for a car they said worked fine.
