I booked my cruise through [redacted] and I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalismHe was so personable and really helped me through the booking processHe answered every question I had without hesitation and knew so much about every cruise and cruise line as well as the promotions and offers going onI would never go to anyone else to plan my next cruise and have already referred him to many friends and family members [redacted] is the BEST!

My first booking was with [redacted] He was fine but when I went to book a second trip with him He asked for two separate deposits one for the cruise line and one for his agencyI asked him why one for the agency and his email reply was I thought you owned an agency! I then told him I didn't like his smart comment and he wished me luck and cut me looseI then went to [redacted] to book a cruise which I had to cancel so I found other ones in suites on Holland America I had star mariner rates that were to expire so booked them directly with the cruise line and gave the booking numbers to [redacted] to take over the bookings , never got a replyI sent another emailno replythen I sent a email to customer service explaining I was going to lose the rate and no replyI then told them if I didn't get a reply as now the rate was gone I was going to file a claim with virtuoso as I know from being in the business that you are a company that prides it self on good customer service for its associatesI never got a replyI am so upset they choose to say screw you with out any acknowledgmentI cant believe it no I have no special rates due to their I don't care attitudeshame on themjust shame!

We consider ourselves Active Retirees We have the tremendous advantage of being able to go anywhere with short notice We wanted to do the NY City to Quebec City cruise and held September open hoping to find a great deal Offers came and went and they were good, but not great I brought [redacted] into the conversation and things started to happen We found a day on the Queen Mary 2, balcony cabin for $1,each I asked [redacted] if he could come through with a $cabin credit Later he called back to tell us he could not get us the cabin credit we wanted and we said we understood and would be happy with the reduced price [redacted] said he could not get the $credit, but he could get us a $credit! We were in shock and asked if he was kidding We just got back The cruise was great, the cabin wonderful, etc, etcThe cabin credit covered all of our gratuities, a great excursion in Quebec City, a nice costume jewelry ring for future trips, several bottles of alcohol and a duffle bag This is probably cruise #for us [redacted] is the best cruise consultant we have ever worked with and we are looking for our next adventure

I booked a cruise with [redacted] for a July 2014 sailing. Everything went smooth...the OBC was applied as promised. I have already booked for 2015 sailing and have at least 31 others joining me! Would recommend [redacted] to you!!

I wish to extend my thanks to [redacted] who has gone above and beyond to put together our Viking Cruise. [redacted] has worked nights and weekends for us. He has been
the Gentleman of kindness, and he has exemplified a tremendous work ethic. I have
not worked with any travel agent who was willing to work at a task until completed like [redacted] has done. I would recommend this agency and definitely request [redacted] by calling XXX-XXX-XXXX ext. [redacted] I worked in the travel business myself. It is tedious work.

I cant believe it no I have no special rates due to their I don't care attitude. shame on them. just shame!
