On May I purchased a car from dealership as an early birthday gift for myself, I paid down for carI was treated very good and felt confident that I purchased from a good companyOn June 19th, my car was repossessed at 10pm I only had the car for daysUpon calling the dealership I was answered by a very rude young lady named alane she was very very rude and told me I needed to pay my [redacted] that's the only way I would get my car backI asked her when was it due she informed me that was due on the tenth and that another is due on this coming Saturday which is June I asked her why would they repossess my car that I only had for weeksShe informed me because I was days past due and I didn't answer my phoneHowever when my car was reposses it was on the 19th which is only daysShe then hung up on me and I called back and got a guy, I then told them I would come up there to talkUpon me eating there I asked to speak with alane and she walked

I purchase a car from them that at the time of sale didnt pass emission and I was never told that this car was not passing emission
I purchase the car from this dealer on 2/24/without a valid emission test because on the same date of purchase the salesman *** took the car to the emission test but it failed the test My husband confront the dealer two dates later on Monday 2/26/about why they sold me a car that didn't pass emission and my husband let them know it was illegal to do so*** kept telling him that he was going to take care of it but my husband told him if you would of tell me the car didn't pass emission we wouldn't purchase the carHe requested to give us back our $down payment but they refuse to do soEven knowing they violate Georgia lawRule XXX-X-XX-

I purchased are car in Sept 2016, weeks later I hit a pot hole and woke up to the back end of my car siting on the groundI sent it to a certified Benz shop to have it looked atI was told that I basically was sold lemon, the car had major issues! The owner of the shop took me through a walk through of the car, at which point I saw that the exhaust system was held on by something that looked like a coat hanger, the car was leaking oil really bad, all the metal up under the car was rusted which is why hitting the pot hole did so much damagedI was told the bolts were so rusted that any little bump it was going to eventually breakI contacted the dealership to let them know what was going on, I was told nobody was there to talk to me but a message would be given to the ownerI filed a claim with my insurance company that same day and let them know where the car was locatedThe next day I received a call from the repair shop saying somebody came and got the car claiming it was be

The dealership commited attempted manslaughter by selling a lemon law buy back under written terms as used car and the car on acceleration started decelerating when driving miles per hour almost killed myself and kid light came on intermittently and was obviously sold to defraud myself a hardworking consumer

This dealership is illegally overcharging my debit card every time I make my car payment under the guise of "transaction fees"!
I purchased my car in October and made my initial payment in cashMy pick up note was late resulting in my car being repoed, I did not put up a fight paid the pick up note AND repo fees IN CASH IMMEDIATELY THE FOLLOWING DAY Every subsuquent car payment has been made via my debit cardThe dealership is charging me an additional $or more additonal as a "transaction fee" claiming the credit card processor charges the amounts due to my*** debit card! Upon speaking with Bank of America they informed me there should not be a fee charged based on my bank card and no processor should be charging me upwards of 4% or more fee to process a DEBIT CARD NOT A CREDIT CARD! When I question the charges, the salesperson Elie is RUDE AND *** AND REFUSES TO EXPLAIN THE FEESI asked for the name of the credit card processor and he basically cursed me

I purchased a *** ** and after days the went downi took it to a mechanic for repairs
I called and spoke with the owner in regards to the vehiclei informed him about the cost and he in-turn asked what mechanic had the vehicleHe told me we would work out the repair cost
I called the mechanic to start the repair and the he informed me the dealership towed the vehicle away without my permissioni keep calling and calling and I keep getting the run a round on speaking with the ownerthe dealership has put the vehicle back on the lot for resale
