My initial contract was over and I haven't been back to this particular gym for or yearsI didnt have the initial card to log inAfter or years I resigned and paid for months and they didnt issue me a new cardI thought I didnt need to have itOne day the manager said I need the card to log inI asked her what if I dont have it? She responded with an attitude you cant come back to the gymI then asked for the manager with my luck the owner of this establishment actually hired this woman to be a managerSo I then ask to speak to the owner because I knew it will not go well dealing with a manager that has a mentality of a person that was born in the projectsNow im dealing with individuals with bad customer service and buisinessThey denied me from working out and called securityThe owner told the manager over the phone we cant work out and to see him tomorrowAll of this is over a $id card that shouldve been issued once I signed a new contract
