All the employees are very nice, except the Assistant Manager at Guildford Surrey branch, Multiple times I have watched he behaviour with clients, extremely arrogant and rude. Yesterday she called me a liar, for their mistake.

I purchased some clip-in extensions from a salesgirl who seemed quite knowledgable. I trusted her judgement and she urged me to go with a particular colour. When I got it home and looked at it in the daylight, it did not match my colour at all. The staff failed to inform me that refunds and exchanges are not permitted, there are also no signs in the store that state this. I only found out after I med the purchase. I contacted the manager as well as head office to try to exchange for a different colour (the hair is still in the package and is unused). Both times I was denied, and the blame placed on myself. They provided terrible customer service and would not even consider my case. Please do not shop here.
