In response to Mr [redacted] s complaint our main priority is our customer's safety therefore if he expressed a concern regarding the car shaking when on the test drive, we would of address the matter immediately as it is our responsibilityEven though Mr [redacted] addressed the matter weeks later in which damaged to the rims may have occurred during that time period we still when ahead and provided service not once but twice, unfortunately it was not to Mr [redacted] satisfaction

Please be advised The Luxury Haus of Linden in receipt of complaint ID [redacted] , In reference to customer [redacted] Please accept this dispute for the complaint is and overwhelmingly exaggerated.The Luxury Haus Inc, is a used car dealershipFirst and foremost our main focus and priority for business is our customer satisfaction and our outstanding reputation.With this vehicle being purchased, like every other vehicle within our establishment, all vehicles are run through our service department to assure the safety and accuracy for driving off of our lot[redacted] ***, whom stated on a numerous amount of times that she is in the same business as well, and was adamant from the beginning that no one would get over on her[redacted] was happy with her choice of purchase Without notice or concern to LHI, she took the purchased vehicle and brought it to a new car dealership for her own diagnostics.After receiving the diagnostics from the new car dealership of her choice, [redacted] she returned to our dealership, irate with an extreme amount of “recommendations” for the vehicle,not required services.All businesses will make recommendations for that is how they accumulate business themselves Other than recommendation to the vehicle, a few things of concerns are being taken care of as promised.The accurate statement to [redacted] complaint is that she was assured if anything was dangerously wrong, first, the vehicle would not have been sold to her and second, that we would take care of anything.The Luxury Haus Inc, stands with the upmost respect to their customers and their word! As far as phone calls never being returned and poor customer service, I would also be inclined to disagree with that as wellIt is very difficult to deal with an irate customerIt is unfair to be treated in a manner if belittling and totally disgraceful to try and help a customer who is selective with communication and accepting service.The desired resolution for this complaint is for the complaint to be withdrawnThe vehicle was repaired to [redacted] acceptance with all cost to LHI, and she is picking her vehicle up today.LHI, once again has satisfied [redacted] concerns and well as all our customers.Please do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience if any further information is neededThank you in advance for your immediate attention regarding this matter

I purchased a Audi A8L in August of from Luxury Haus of Leonia, NJThe vehicle went through a pre-purchase inspection and met criteria for purchase notwithstanding some abrasions on rimsSaid abrasions were to be fixed prior to the delivery of the vehicleThe following week, upon delivery to my ** location, abrasions were fixed and tires replacedAll appeared well until a few months later when, for some previously unknown reason, one of the four tires was being consumed far more quickly than the othersAs time progressed, I did some research including contacting the tire manufacturer regarding possibly defective materialI was told by a *** rep that among other causes, a tire facing in the wrong tread direction would exhibit irregular consumptionUpon looking at the tire in question, I did in fact notice the tire had the inside wall indicator on the outside thereby signifying the tire was replaced in the wrong directionI contacted the dealer to alert them of th

I do apologize for not responding sooner but I have contacted the customer directly and we're working on a resolution regarding his complaint which will be to his satisfaction. As soon aswe come to an agreement I will notify your office.
