I am rejecting this response because: I paid *** *** $1,in a down payment and another $3,to the her my honeymoon tripAfter getting neglected I reached out to the resort myself* did not help in resolving any mattersShe Also sent me an email saying she would give up her comission and allow me to book through the resort myselfWhen I contacted the resort on how much I had paid,the monies were $244, which *** pocketed*** wasn't trying to be helpful in disputing and solving this matterI would like to move on from this matter and allow this to go against her grade on the Revdex.com so no other client has to deal with such shenanigans in the futureHi ***,
What we have on file as received is $4,255.50, do you have any payment receipts for what was paid prior? I know that the initial money was paid to *** *** correct?
As for travel time, when traveling to Fiji you cross the International dateline so you essentially loose a day on your way in…but you make it up on the way back, So if you left Boston the 16th then yes, you arrive to *** on the 18thLet me know what dates you would like me to look atThank you,

I want it to be clear that I don't have Ms***s money *** Resort charged Ms***s card for the $3,direct I was advised by *** in an email dated 5/14/that Ms*** has been credited - please see quote below from *** Resort:
“What we offered to *** were our Travel Agent rates which are 50% off our rack ratesWe offer these rates to any travel agent who wishes to stay with usWe applied the amount she had paid to *** directly and we are applying that to her new travel dates on the re-booking, just as we offered you to offer to her.”
Therefore, I consider this matter closed since Ms*** is working directly with *** and they have confirmed that she has been credited and will be visiting the resort soon
