Hi. we went to his store on October 14, 2017 and we placed an order. We paid you $500 cash as deposit and before the delivery we paid him an extra $1900 cash that makes the total of $2400 cash. He said he would deliver them in a couple weeks maximum but we got them after 4 weeks.
we came back to the store the same day he delivered our order and told him that what he had made was too big for our small condo unit. He already knew that we were living in a small condo unit. We asked him for help and he said he would send one of his staff to take them back the next day and he did it. We placed another order. This time a different model (smaller one, something that may fit in our small condo unit) and a different color.

He said he would make them in a week. When I asked about the cost or any difference that we may end up paying, he said we may have to pay an extra $200 or $300 dollar but he was not sure about that.

We waited two whole weeks but no news from him. I kept calling the store and left messages but no response. We went to his store after two weeks and after 3 weeks and after 4 weeks and after 5 weeks several times and unfortunately no specific answer. I talked to his wife several times and she said she did not have any response.

Last week when we went again to the store he promised to finish the job by the end of this week, I mean last week before Christmas, and deliver them by Wednesday. But again no delivery and no response to our numerous calls.

On Wednesday I called several times but unfortunately no clear response. I called him again and again on Thursday and I was lucky to speak with his wife who works at his store. She said our order would be finished by Friday.

On Friday I called several times his wife told me that *** wants us to pay an extra $750 cash.

We were so upset as we did not expect to hear that number. We decided to go to the store. This was the 11th time that we had to go to there. And the main reason of numerous visits to his place was that there was not any other way to contact him. Anyway when my wife and I saw him at 5:45 on Friday at store and asked him why we should pay that much and it was much more than what he had originally told us, his first response was to take off his pants, something unbelievable, in front of me and my wife. WE still wonder what he meant by that.

After that my wife left the office and preferred to stay in the snowy weather outside than watching that show.

I kept on speaking with him but you asked me and *** (your tenant) to leave your place. I invited him several times to speak quietly and politely but he said it was his manner and character. He called me cheap a couple times and asked me to leave his place. All this time I just tried to control myself and the whole situation.

At the end I took a bag of cash money out of my pocket in which I had just $450 cash and *** (his tenant) was so kind and added $250 from his own money to it to make the total of $700 cash. That was the amount he last asked for and said either I pay $699 or I would not receive the order.

This $700 cash along with the original $2400 cash make the total of $3100 cash.

We booked the elevator for the next day but again no news. He did not give me any receipt for the money I paid him. He ruined all our plans. He offended us repeatedly. There is no way to contact the store or him at all. I have already given him the whole money but no response. He is rude, irresponsible and offensive. I just want my whole money, compensation for going to his store more than 13 times. He has wasted our time and energy. He ruined all our dreams about Canada. We never expected to see something like this in Canada. He has his own rules that is no rules and his offensive irresponsible attitude. For us it is not just money, it is our honor, our integrity, our feelings and our perspective that are hurt. Just try his numbers and emails to see if you can ever reach him.

Desired Outcome

We first want our full money back. A receipt that we were denied for the extra money we paid him. We want him to compensate for all our time and energy. We want him to apologize for all his nasty behavior especially taking off his pants in front of me and my wife. WE want him to be punished so that he will not treat other people like that. We are upset, frustrated, offended, sad and desperate. We have no where to go. We have been living without furniture for almost 3 months now all because he does not care at all. He does not know anything about humanity. He is a shame.

emailing just to let you know that we somehow solved the problem we had with the furniture company. He delivered our order today. Everything is fine and we do not have any other claims against them. Please cancel our complaint. I appreciate your time and efforts.

I ordered two custom-build armchairs in August 2017. The Delivery date was agreed to as September 15 2017.The total cost was 2400 CAD$.I made a deposit of *** CAD$ ( I have a written document confirming that). Till now they are not made and delivered.I contacted the owner of that Business *** at least 5-6 times and he just keeps promising the delivery. The last delivery he promised was Sunday December 17 th 2017 between ***-***. He called on Sunday at *** saying :"that they cannot be delivered today,he gives me 250 CAD$ discount and they will be delivered the next day".
He did not show up ,did not call and not its unknown whats happening.
