Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:The group of women on the bus ranged in age from mid 30's to mid 70's, with the eldest being years of age This was a group of family members (Aunts/Neices/Cousins) celebrating the love that they have for one another and their family The weekend was planned with events taking place Friday through Sunday, with Saturday evening being the main event, with the Mercedes Party Bus (which was not delivered) Dinner reservations were delayed, and nearly missed, as reservations were made for 7:PM at [redacted] on the ***, however; the d [redacted] did not show until nearly 8:PM This was after the owner of Luxury Limousine called and stated that his d [redacted] would be on time After waiting for 1/hours (since 5:PM) to be picked up to go to dinner, everyone in our group was rather silent and hungry, and simply wanted to get our evening started To state that we were disrespectful is absolutely the farthest thing from the truth Reference was even made as to how quiet our party was, when the d [redacted] stated he was an Embalmer for [redacted] *** We joked that he thought he was driving around a group of dead people, and that we needed to liven our party up This just shows you how reserved we were, and again; we had our elders with usIt was only after the d [redacted] refused to pick us up, and after getting belligerent with members of my family, did one member of our group get upset The d [redacted] cursed my family in front of witnesses, and that is when words were exchanged A copy of the police report can be provided, "if" a report was even made, because it was only requested that "one" member of the group exit the vehicle The rest of the party was fine to stay, however; the d [redacted] (with all of his unprofessionalism) had completely ruined our evening, he had invited some stranger onto the bus, during our time, and we refused to remain on their any longer While this stranger started giving him instructions on where to go, my Aunt insisted that he dropped us back off at the hotel where he picked us up As well, every alcoholic beverage that we brought onto the bus was removed from the bus This was not a group of teenagers or year old young adults, however; this was a group of middle-aged business professionals trying to enjoy an evening with the matriarchs of their family Respect was given to each person in attendance that evening, as we come from a family of respect The only reason anyone got upset was because this d [redacted] (and the owners of the establishment for that matter) was not respectful at all Again, he smoked cigars (Black and Milds) the entire time he drove us around, which was extremely distasteful, as we do not smoke He did not budge to help anyone onto or off of the bus, and to make matters worse, he absolutely refused to pick us up at the last place he dropped us off at The owner of this establishment was extremely upset as well by his behavior (the refusal to pick us up) We paid to have a "Luxury" Party Bus from 6:PM to 3:AM (and was promised we would have the bus in the photo), however; we received a bus that had not even been professionally painted, it was dirty, nothing worked, and the d [redacted] was absolutely horrible [redacted] said that we would have the bus until 4:(for the confusion as to whether the d [redacted] would be on time or not), however; by 2:(after being stuck between cars and the time that was spent with police) we were off of this nightmarish ride Regards, [redacted] ***

I m sorry about your experience however the group got out of hand and disrespected our d[redacted]. Base on Contract if d[redacted] feel dangerous and threaten we can terminate the run. Base on d[redacted] statement after several attempts from the d[redacted] to come the group down but no one listen he had no choice...

but to call the cup and terminate the run base on contract and terms and condition..
