I am rejecting this response because: Once again if you are so sure of your product why not simply prove it?  Customer satisfaction is the responsibility of the company dealt with.  No customer should be faced with the need to authenticate a product you supply!  If you can not or will not provide verification of the items authenticity say so.

Review: On 01-12-14, I bid on and won a pair of earrings on the auction website [redacted]. My winning bid was $22.00. The item was described as an Elegant 10K White Gold, Genuine 0.02ctw Midnight Blue Sapphire Stud Earrings.Listing: [redacted]Item: [redacted]Auctions Order ID: [redacted]On 01-16-14, I received the item via USPS, opened the packaging and discovered one of the stud earrings was broken and missing the Sapphire stone.I contacted [redacted] via email to inform them of the damage. I received an email back from [redacted]. Fraud Prevention & Customer Support, [redacted]. She referred me to a Trusted Merchant Company, Luxury Line Wholesale. [redacted] forwarded my email to that company and she indicated they would assist me in the matter.I then received an email from [redacted], Luxury Line Wholesale, who apologized for the damaged earrings and stated the company would exchange or refund my money if I returned the damaged item. [redacted] provided me with the following address:Luxury Line Wholesale[redacted] PA [redacted]On 01-17-14, I mailed the item to the above provided address via USPS, Registered Mail ([redacted]).On 01-30-14, I, not having heard from [redacted] or the company, checked with the USPS via their tracking website. I learned the item had been in a [redacted] post office since 01-24-14 and had not been picked up by the company. I called Luxury Line Wholesale (###-###-####) during business hours and the call was answered by a machine asking me to leave a message.I did some research on Luxury Line Wholesale. It is a subsidiary of the [redacted] & [redacted]., [redacted]Desired Settlement: Replace the damaged item or give me my money back.
