Bought the lush ice omega bar and as soon as I opened it at home it was burnt. Super bummed

I bought multiple vapes from this company and all of the ones i’ve bought have been burnt after a days use.

What is the 16 digit # for thats on the back of the disposable 5% 1200puffs box?

I just bought one of your "7000 puffs" vape that looks like a little soda can from my local Mega Saver and the coil was burnt straight out of the box. Not sure how that could be possible. I stopped smoking cigarettes a few months ago and transitioned to this particular type of vape and haven't had this problem before. In fact every other vape I bought lasted me almost 2 weeks. Needless to say I'm incredibly disappointed that I spent 20+ dollars on a vape I didn't even get to hit 20 times. The coil is so burnt it's completely unusable.
