Luxury Motor club was an eventful experienceThey were very professional and seemed to be excited about finding us the SUV we wantedI would highly recommend checking them out!

I was so pleasantly surprised with Luxury Motor ClubIt is such a professional place with nice peopleThey have a whole lot of BMW cars here and although it's tough to find a convertible in the New York area with low mileage they have two of them

I dealt with Justin and he was very professionalThe owner spoke with me when I picked the car up after it was detailed and servicedHe was niceHe told me if there were any problems too not hesitate to contact him and he gave me his cardGood guy

I came here to bye a Mercedes for my daughterThey have competitive financing and Noemi was an absolute joy to work with because she answered our questions made us feel valued and I felt like she had our best interest in mindI really thank her for her service and want to commend her

We purchased a BMW 435I from Luxury Motors They refused to accept us paying for the care and insisted on financing it This cannot be legal The were unprofessional making us wait, and wait while they walked around and never offered us even a cold drink They beat us up on our trade in and would not budge a dollar Seriously, not even a dollar We had driven from the border of Rhode Island and Connecticut and it would have been a long drive back and we need a car as ours needed work and we didn't want to invest in it We had a $remote cell phone starter in our trade in and they refused to even try to take it out after they got the car for way below retail Everything they did was one rotten move after another Look at their rating, They have a A+ because they've only been in business for less than months And out of that, good reviews and now bad ones Do the math
We were told after hours of dealing with them that they would get our plates for the vehicle in less than weeks That never happened and each time I called they said I'd have them in a couple of days Never got them Now the NY temporary plates are about to expire and we are lost as what we should do But here's what you should do, avoid Luxury Motor Club like the plague Don't buy from them when there are plenty of reputable, honest people who will do what they say and not leave you in the dark

This is a great place to shop for a carThey are nice and outline the terms for the dealJack definitely took care of me and he did everything I asked of him

Happy to say they don't mess around hereI bring my car here for service and they do a good jobYuri is genuinely caring for his customers and although they only have a few guys in the service department they do what's necessary to diagnose and fix any issues and offer information on what needs fixed or monitored in the future

What I like about this place is they have extended warranties for their carsIt may cost a bit extra but it keeps peace of mind and if there is an issue it will be repairedThey have so many cars hereAnd they are very accommodating scheduling wise and will let you take as many test drives as you would like
