This complaint has absolutely zero meritWe had the vehicle fully serviced we have over $in receipts from SM Motorsports Inc in New *** *** **We have a receipt that the door was fixed, and the lights were fixedThe only reason the car was late for shipping was the car was out for service
and we were fixing everything so the car would be fully serviced before it arrivedWe never promised the car on a specific date, and *** *** signed a Purchase Agreement that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD "AS IS" "WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES IMPLIEDWe went above and beyond to satisfy *** *** despite his numerous emails, calls and threats and complaints on a daily basisWe also received an email from *** *** stating that he has emotional issues and is on daily prescription of ZoloftIn addition I have made several attempts to call *** *** after the vehicle arrived (documented via email) asking him to give me a call and he refuses to call me back only wishes to speak via email and I have made several attempts to rectify the situation and even offered to take the car back minus shipping costs which he refuses to cooperate withWe acted 100% above board and ethically on this transaction and this claim is nothing more than an attempt to receive money back on the car to lower his cost in the car as he is a dealer who already has the car sold to another customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 First and foremost , the car still has non functional reverse light how in any state is that safe or acceptable , door still doesn't shut , fixed absolutely not , brakes are not adjusted grind make noise , and my joke about Zoloft has no merit on a car that in no way should be sold with non Functional reverse lights as I'm sure in New York they are needed for safety inspections also , I can send who ever wants a video of the non functional parts , they only offered to  buy the car back after it was delayed again and phone calls from trucking company at 10:40 at night and the company they hired lost the keys in a rest area parking lot ,! I tried on the week of the ** of April to  get them to give me my money back put he never said it was a option till last week the day before the car was to show up , the service , on the car was to fix a broken rear spoiler that was broke in their service department , never informed of that till I asked and still have never been told what broke or was fixed or what was repaired ,
