As I stated before, we will take of this customer. 

I will also not be forced by any customer to do more than what we promised. 

I am very easy to get along with and I do understand the customer has been patient.  We will not purchase a complete door...

panel for 1400.00 when the speaker cover can be replaced or fixed for much less. 

The customer was told a speaker cover will be replace and that is what will happen.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My son did have permission to trade in the car as long as the dealership contacted me with contract details that were acceptable to me, that was not done. The truck also had faulty brakes, was pulling to the right while driving. The contract deal was unacceptable and we tried to cancel the contract the following morning and the dealership refused to cancel.

In the state of Arizona you can not sign a contract and then change your mind. That is what they tried to do and we allowed them to get out of the contract through Goodwill on our part.The initial complaint stated the title was not in the sons name. The second response says he had permission to trade the vehicle. Make Up Your Mind.This is Wrong on the customers part and I will Now proceed with Legal actions.[redacted]- Owner

Let me first start by stating I do not work for or have any affiliation with this dealership. This is a true review based on my recent purchasing experience as a consumer with this dealership. I worked with a sales representative named Deanna and recommend ANYONE looking at buying a vehicle to go see her! From start to finish, Deanna was amazing! She worked with me over the phone first to help find the right vehicle and answer my questions prior to coming to see her at the dealership. She LISTENED to what I wanted/needed, asked questions to better understand MY needs, and worked out the details before I even walked in the door. She was patient, understanding, honest, not pushy, and made me feel as though we were working together as a team to find the right deal for me. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted at the price I thought was fair. It didn't end there though...after the sale she followed up with me to make certain I was enjoying my new car, asked if I had any additional questions/concerns, and was comfortable with the paperwork/terms. I even called her 3 weeks later with contract clarifying questions that I missed or didn't ask originally and instead of passing me off to her finance department, she took the time AGAIN to review making certain my questions were answered and understood. Today's day and age it is rare to find a sales person that cares about the best interest of the customer by placing the customer’s needs over lining their own pockets (especially in the car industry). I was really impressed with Deanna and the rest of the staff over at Luxury Motorsports. They all treated me well, were friendly, didn't try to push all the "extras", and made my buying experience a great one. To wrap this up I'll say it again...if you're in the market for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Deanna and personally look forward to buying my next car from her when it's time to do so!

The deal has been Voided and we will proceed with Legal action against son for Fraud.We did everything right and Voided the deal for that is how we do business, the right way. But we will not be taken advantage of and will proceed with this matter.[redacted]Owner

I have only mentioned that the speaker panel be replaced, not the door panel.  

I will consider the complaint id#[redacted] resolved upon completion of the speaker panel being replaced to my satisfaction. I will keep the Revdex.com updated on this situation.

It has been six weeks since this email and I have not heard back from your dealership. This complaint has not been resolved.

This dealership promised me that my car would have multiple things reparied if I bought it. I bought it and brought my car to them for service THREE TIMES and they never fixed the problems we talked about. Also they have had my car in their service shop for two and a half weeks and called to say my car is ready BUT none of the repairs have been fixed, althought they said they did what they "promised" they would do but unfortunately those things they promised they would do didn't actually fix the problems. So I bought my car at full price but it doesn't run like it should and there are other things broken on it as well (that they promised to FIX) and they're telling me they can't do anything else for me. So I have been without my car for over two weeks only to find out they didn't fix any problems and are sayig they can't do anything about the problems now. I keep calling and getting bounced around from person to person, none who have actually solved this issue. Oh but they did wash my car for me... Wow.

Ali the GM. Disrespected my wife to the point of tears.

pressured us for personal info.

following our departure, Ken called our phone, when I said I would still buy the vehicle if I could get an apology, They replied "NO". after THAT, they continued to send my wife text about my attitude and bad mouthing me TO THE POINT THAT THE POLICE WERE NOTIFIED FOR HARASSMENT! Horrible customer service. BEWARE HIGH PRESSURE! LOW INTEGRITY

We have been actively trying to find a replacement door panel for her [redacted] but most of them have been in worse condition then the one she has.

Attached are photos of the one she has and the damage is very minimal.  I will continue to find a replacement cover and I do sincerely apologize this is taking so long. 

I understand we told the customer we would take care of it and we will. 

Due to the minor damage and the difficulty we are having finding a replacement, I would like to offer the customer $300.00 to resolve this problem.

THIS PLACE HAS GONE A LOOONG WAY. THE NEW CREW IS EXCELLENT. I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYONE THERE. LARRY BACK IN SERVICE IS GREAT. FINANCE IS ALSO GREAT. BUT IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE START BY CALLING DEANNA IN SALES. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER LIMIT.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AT LUXURY MOTORSPORTS. THEY WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU, THEY'RE NOT YOUR USUAL 'RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER AND SMILE WHILE YOU'RE AT IT' DEALERSHIP.
I WILL BE BACK SOON DEANNA! THANKS FOR STAYING PASS 9PM FOR US AND GOING THROUGH EVERY SINGLE BUTTON IN MY [redacted] YOU ARE SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
