Luxury Nail Spa 1

I went to Luxury Nail Spa May 24, to get a Pedicure, I told the nail tech that I was diabetic while proceeding with the Pedi, she used the metal grater on my feet and scraped too much until my feet were raw on my heels! I saw red on my heels, I asked her is my feet bleeding and she said "No and to put some ointment on them and it will heal fastI went home and tried that for a couple of days and they were not getting betterOMG!!!!! My feet, with the left foot being the worst start hurting on a scale from 1-Ten being the worst was about a nine!!! I have been in SEVERE Pain that was waking me out of my sleep!!!! I could not stand for cover on the bed to be on my foot, I could not stand for anyone to touch it, I had a hard time walking! Being diabetic, I was stressed out and worried about if my foot was going to heal! I have spoke with the Manager and the Owner with this complaint and they stated they will pay my doctor billAfter going to my PCP Doctor and Foot Doctor, per
