Dear *** ***,Our mail technician specifically told *** *** numerous times that her real nails are too short to be putting on any extensions with the fake nailsWe warned her plenty of time that it will break and advised her not to proceedShe insisted that she get it done and We
obliged to her wishes but told her and I can't stress enough the amount of time we told her that it will break because of the length of her nailsNot only that, she also received a pedicure as well.Sure enough, she comes back to us again with her broken nails and we fixed it for her but we can't do much about it because her real nails are still too short. She also called her credit card company and cancelled the chargesThis is where we are furious about itShe cancelled the entire amount so we lost out on $and we were hit with a charge back feeThis is completely unfair as she had services done, a pedicure and a manicure. We are a small new business and hits like this really affect our bottom line.Thank youHiep N
Review: I went their and spent 98 dollars to get gel tips and gel polish. Less than a week and already 4 nails have popped off and I have had to pay them to fix it. They are scam artists and their service sucks. Overpriced and they do not do a good job. I should've learned my lesson when they cut me during a pedicure, but I decided to give them another chance. I feel that they are doing lackluster work, so that you continuously have to go back to them and pay to fix things. I will never go back. I went to the owner today and she gave me an attitude and made it seem as if b/c today made a week, its not her fault that the nails are cracking off. I touched my face and a nail broke, which is so ridiculous. I definitely think they are running a scam.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund and nothing to do with them anymore
