This business does not care about their customers. I had a shellac manicure in May. The ends wore off in a couple days. I called to ask if they would redo them.The manager made excuses that I use my hands everyday so naturally it wears off. I told her other shellac manicures elsewhere have not worn off so fast. She said then you go somewhere else like those places. They would not redo.
Recently had a regular pedicure. My feet are still rough, the ends of my toes and some nails are still stained black since they did not scrub them well, there are part of the nail not colored, and the ends of my thick nails are still showing white. These are all after repeated requests to do them better. I feel this was due to language barrier and poor training but once management was involved it was just lack of caring for good customer service.
