Cancelled paid order without reason or notification I placed an order with Luxury of Watches on February the 12th the order was confirmed and the money was taken out of my account, on February the 15th the company sent me an email stating my order was cancelled the didn't give a reason or anything so I sent them two emails which went unawswered and I called numerous times getting the voicemail left a voicemail message and still no response to my order, order number is XXXXX I am highly upset because I don't have $to just give away and the company is very unprofessional regarding answering calls and emails

Excellent products and service is beyond exceptional [redacted] and this company have a better understanding of customer service than just about any other firm I've dealt with in any industry

Highly recommend! I bought a Deep Sea from LoA about 5 years ago. I had some warranty issues that they ALWAYS took care of. Then I traded that watch in with them and got a Gold Submariner. The watch was around $30,000 and I felt very comfortable purchasing from them. I even got the card of authenticity. I took it to a rolex dealer and everything was just as they said. Ive had it 2 years now, no issues. This is a company you can purchase from at any price point and feel very comfortable!

Horrible customer service and response The watch I tried to order was advertise as - day shipping I purchased an expedite shipping service so I may receive the product sooner After days of waiting with no update I called in and receive news that my watch is back order and I have to wait for another weeks I elected to wait then weeks passed, I sent the business a message asking for my order statusThis is what I got as an answer: " Luxury Of Watches Said: The factory said the are discontinuing this model." and after asking for additional information, I got this as an answer: "Luxury Of Watches Said: Discontinued means they are not making it anymore, they told us this yesterday." Such great customer service
