Order was placed in July/August 2017 for 3 suits. Received 2 after many delays and the last one did not even have the lining inserted as agreed. It is now March 2018 and still no suit. Have been trying to contact them constantly and recently the store appears to have moved and changed/cut their phone lines. I know the last suit is at least finished because the last time I went and someone actually received me it was done but without the lining at which stage I highlighted that it was missing. They tried to make me take it unfinished and said it would take too long to redo it. I said I already paid extra for that and the bill showed that so to please finish it asap. That was about 4 months ago. I just want to get what I paid for. I've showed up at the place and no one was there most times, and the phone line is now inactive. ***. People should get what they paid for, instead they are trying to get away with doing no work it seems.

Finish my suit and give it to me as I already saw it was 90% done. Even though it took this long I just want the suit.

I purchased 5 made to measure Shirts on April 2017 and was told my shirts will be made and ready for me to pick up in 8 weeks. I contacted them after 8 Weeks they told me there are delays in their factor and they will call me when my order is ready. I called them back August of 2018 since I did not hear from them and they told me I had to come back in to choose my fabrics again as they went out of stock. I went back in, chose my fabrics again and they promised in 6 week they will be ready. after the 6 weeks passed I called back numerous times, leaving them voice mails over a period of 2 month until they responded telling my my order has shipped please wait 2 weeks.Now its March of 2018 and I still did not receive my order, their phone does not work anymore. I paid $350 for that order. I have placed an order with this company from 11/04/2017 for a custom made suit and dress shirt. This is for my wedding on 07/07/2018. I have paid for it in full amount at the time of order and I have a receipt to prove it ($400). We agreed to have the suit ready by 02/01/2018. I called a week before that date and they confirmed saying that it will be ready and they will call me for more details. February 1st came and they never called me, so I called them but no one answered and I left a voice message. Since then, I have been trying to call them but no one picks up and I keep leaving voice messages with no one getting back to me. I have been to their store twice after February 1st but I could not find them. First time I went, the new owner of their old store at 4040 Steeles Ave W #33, Woodbridge, ON L4L 4Y5 told me that they have moved to a new location at 4040 Steels Ave W, Woodbridge ON, unit 44, room 9. I went to that location but no one was there either. All I saw was a sign on the door that says "will be back on February 12th". I went back to that new location again on February 16th and there was another sign that said: "will be back by February 24th". I called the management of that plaza and they said they have been having trouble contacting them as well. I also tried to email them but I was unsuccessful as their email account does not even work. Their website: www.theluxuryplus.com, is useless as it has not been updated for a very long time. When I went back to them again for a third time by the end of February, their new store was completely emptied out.

I need my $400 back plus all the extra money I have spent on gas trying to find them. I do not want a suit from them anymore.

On December 2nd, 2017 I paid Luxury plus $282.52 to get 6 *** tailored shirts made. They were supposed to be completed in 6 weeks. For the last 2 months I have been calling regarding my order with no answer or reply. I went into the store on 31st and they had closed their previous office space and moved into a smaller unit in the same building, which was locked with a sign saying they would be back on the 6th of March, I went back on the 6th of February only to see another sign saying they would be closed till the 21st of February. Which they still have not changed or open till date.

I would like to get the products I ordered or a refund of the money I paid.

On September 8th 2017, I made an appointment with Luxury Plus to choose the fabric and was measured for 3 suits to be made and was told they would be ready in 3 months. I paid $1800 in cash at the time of ordering. After 3 months, I went back and was told to come back in 2 weeks. This happened for the entire month of December 2017 and January 2018. On February 5th 2018, I went in again and was told they would be there the next week. I went in the following week and there was a sign on the door that they are closed and will be back February 24th, 2018. I went in again on February 24th, only to see the sign removed and the space cleared out. I've tried many times to call and it always says the voicemail box is full. Unable to reach Luxury plus for a refund or the products I have purchased.

After dozens of attempted phone calls and emails over a period of a year, I was still unable to receive my order or get a refund. Only 2 instances when I was able to get a person on the phone and they could only tell me they were under "new ownership" and would let me know once my order was ready.

When I tried to visit the store in February 2018, we were told they had moved to another location in an attempt to avoid customers. We located the new office and there was a sign posted on a closed office door stating they would be out until February 24, 2018. We returned on February 26 only to find a completely deserted office with no sign of any business. Now we are unable to contact the business in person, phone or email. ***

The least I could do is submit a formal complaint to Revdex.com.

We ordered pants and paid since December 16 , 2017 and still did not receiver the former pants. We call , ther don't answer. I visited the location, they are no longer there ? How do I get the pants or refund?????

I have successfully placed and received orders several times from this company in the past.

In this case, however, I placed an order for 3 dress shirts on November 4, 2017 (I have the invoice, #XXXXXXX, in my possession) and have not yet received my order. The salesperson insisted that I pay for the shirts upfront and that I would be notified when the shirts (which are made-to-measure) were complete and available at the store for pickup.

I paid the full amount, $150, in cash to the owner as well as a sales rep that worked at the store. I was assured that the shirts would arrive within 4-8 weeks. Beginning on December 18, 2017, I have called Luxury Plus on 5 different days spread across December, January, and February for a total of 14 attempts, only connecting with a rep twice (once in December and another time in January 2018). Each time, I was assured that the shirts were in process and that they would arrive within weeks. It has now been almost 4 months and there is no sign of an update and the phone number provided is unreachable as the voice mailbox is full.

At this point, I would simply like a refund as the company has proven to be unreliable and hard to reach.

I have been calling their store weekly since November 18th following up on 2 suits that were ordered on October 14th, 2017 for my father referred to as the client in the following text. As of today, I called their office 33 times from my cell phone alone. This does not include any of the phone calls made from my home or office.

We had a contractual agreement, whereby the client was charged $1350.00 cash for 2 suits, custom tailored to the client's measurements, to be delivered by Luxury Plus within 4-6 weeks, resulting in a final due date of November 25th, 2017. I have been promised over the phone, repeatedly, to continue waiting until next week. The order is now 13 weeks past due.

Three times I have verbally requested a refund, to which no one from their store has responded. On one instance, I was told the individual would have speak with his manager and call me right back, but no attempt has been made to rectify this situation.

I have given them a formal, written request via email, dated Feb. 16th, 2018 for an immediate reimbursement of the full amount paid to date in the amount of $1200.00, cash as they have not provided the goods in the time frame they committed to. Meanwhile they took that payment up front.

I have yet to receive a response to that email and when I call their office, the mailbox is full. My father *** simply wants his money back for a product he never received.

I am seeking reimbursement of the full amount paid to date, in the amount of $1200.00, cash. They have not yet provided the goods and the delivery period is 13 weeks past due.

I have paid for three custom shirts on November 25, 2017 and I have been told that they will be ready in 6 weeks.

Today it is February 17, 2018, so 12 weeks later and I have not received the shirts.

They do not answer the phone calls, return voice mails or e-mails. They have also moved, not sure where.

I have sent them two e-mails after this asking again where they have moved, asking for an update on my order and ultimately asking for a refund, but no answer. My last attempt to contact them was on Feb 4th, 2018.

I would like to receive a refund for my payment. I do not trust that they will deliver the shirts I have paid for since they can't seem *** to provide an update for the order.

. In summary, there was an ownership change that took place in 2017 and the business has just absolutely faltered ever since. ***. They'll ask you to pay in advance, which you will also regret immediately given the non-existent customer service you'll receive from that point on. I'm currently out several hundred dollars and the Company refuses to pick up the phone or answer any of my emails.

In February 2017 I placed an order for 6 shirts to be made and was told it would take 4-6 weeks before I could pick them up. I followed up with the store in August and was told they would be in by September due to a delay. Then I visited the store October 17th and the new owner told me they needed a few days to locate the shirts because it had been an old order. It's now December and after multiple calls and 3 voicemail's they refuse to return or answer my calls.
