Luxury Resurfacing

Found *** aka luxury resurfacing on ***. He said he was licensed and insured. Showed picture of what I was wanting and the finish product was no where near want was hired for on our countertop. My mistake was paying him beforr seeing finished product. Was told we could use countertop 24 hours later and that is untrue. 48 hours later and stuff was still sticking to it. The look...the durability...the workmanship was clearly uneducated in the field he is advertising. He also works in Louisiana, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas, Illinois and who knoes where else. Anither term is "gypsy contractor at its finest. I posted live video on *** and have had a few people contact me of him making "particular quotes/deals."
Not only was my countertops left in horrible shape, there was overspray all over our windows, appliances, antique glassware, glass dining table, brand new floor. We are in the thousands in repair and cleanup! We have tried texting, calling, messaging and now we are blocked. *** is the owner of this said company and typically has his girlfriend (name unknown) with him.
I feel he is scamming people. He goes around posting on *** groups advertising hia services asking people for half and readily available to start asap.
