[Your Answer Here]On July ***, 2017, I spoke with John He said that it will be 100% refunded to me for my own customer satisfaction He mentioned that it will take 2-business days for my full refund to my account There was a 50% refund on July *** in the amount of $and a 50% refund amount in the amount of $on July *** There should be 100% refund for those two order *** and order Each were billed to my account in the amount of $transaction number *** and $for transaction number ***I am still waiting for the rest of the refund that this business entity claimed they will do

This message is in regards to ID [redacted]. [redacted] has requested a full refund and we have obliged her request. The refund was processed today and will take two to three business days to be fully credited. Our customer service team will contact [redacted] to confirm that his money has been returned and...

According to [redacted]s response she has not received a refund for the remaining amount of $99.79. Since she is not showing the amount returned, we will be mailing a cashiers check for the remaining amount to her to satisfy this complaint. The cashiers check will be mailed tomorrow (7/**/2017) so expected delivery will be 3-4 business days. We hope that once the check is received that this will bring this complaint to a satisfactory conclusion.
