Book a ticket to go from my house in Orlando to the port of miami and the service was excellent, the driver very friendly and all the staff I attended as if it were from the family, I recommend them

I booked a shuttle from this company to take my husband and myself from Orlando to Miami for a NCL cruise leaving on Sept 3, They were supposed to pick us up at 4:a.mand have us at the pier by 10:a.m We were outside the hotel at 4:15, and waited hours for them to show They never did Calls to the office went to a voice mail box that was full and would not accept new messages We ended up having to take an Uber to get to the cruise on time My email to the company was finally answered to the effect that they were 'investigating' but I have not heard from them since, nor received any response I paid for this in advance and want my money back Ticket number ***

it was a terrible experience that we never had beforewe booked seats transfer from Orlando to Miami at 3:pm , July when we supposed to finish our*** journeyaround 1:pm we got a phone call that the company changed the pick up time to 2:pm, we argued but they threatened they will not wait us if we can't get to the hotel at 2:pm
we hurry up our lunch, got back to the hotel at 2:pmwe on board that "luxury shuttle" which looked like many many years old vananyway, we don't want to lost our schedule on Miamithe van take a few stops to pick up other customers but no body showed up
what happened in the next? around 5:pm after we took the van almost hours, the driver said the car was broken and the company will call us to find out the solutionwe never got a phone call from the company!
