Customer ordered shower on Friday, November 13, 2015. We ship within business days of receiving an order. This is a freight shipment, it needs to be packaged and cannot ship the same business day. The order was ready to ship the 2nd business day, Tuesday, November 17, 2015. The
truck was already scheduled to pickup the order on Tuesday The customer decided business days was too long to wait and called their local police department. We have cancelled and refunded this customer as they cannot be satisfied
