LTF agreed to issue business class tickets for myself and 5 others in my travel group. Tickets were not delivered and no refund of our $24,645.54. Complaint about LTFWe contacted Luxury Travel Flights on the recommendation of a friend that had used them before. We did not check Revdex.com or We would never have done business with these crooks. [redacted], CEO, of Luxury Travel Flights, Inc. assured us he could deliver business class tickets from [redacted] to [redacted] for a little over $4000 each. All 3 couples traveling together wired the money to LTF's [redacted] account in March, 2015. We followed instructions sent by [redacted], Admin in the [redacted] office. [redacted] office is in [redacted]. There is another office in Reno, NV. We started contacting [redacted] in Dec. 2015. He put us off and then finally stopped responding to phone calls or e-mails. Long story short, he never delivered the tickets, never responded and has defrauded us of $24,645.54.We have now filed complaints with the Revdex.com and have asked the Consumer Protection Agencies in CA and NV to investigate and will proceed with criminal charges to try and get our money back. I paid $ 5600 to Luxury Travel Flight on July 29, 2015. This was for TWO business class tickets to go to India and back. [redacted] the CEO of LTF promised me the tickets would be issued on or before Aug 15, 2015 for travel in October 2015. Repeated phone calls and multiple promises later, on August 30, [redacted] told me he was not able to get the tickets and asked me to buy tickets thru someone else. When asked for payment he promised several times he would and always fell thru on his promises. He then promised he due to financial difficulties he was not able to pay me but promised he I could always book two business class tickets with him within one year. I approached him for two tickets to China and also told him I would buy two more for India in January 2016. Again he never came thru. Several 100's of SMS, Phone calls and emails went unattended. I want to ensure he does not defraud anyone and want to see that I get my money repaid back.Product_Or_Service: Airline TicketsDesired SettlementI want my refund of $ 5600.

I contacted [redacted] CEO ofLTF and paid for 2 round trip tickets to Germany. I transferred the money to his account only to never receive them. On January 6 of this year I sent Al $6000.00 for two roundtrip tix for a trip to Germany. I was in constant contact with this man to get the tickets delivered, It was always asong and a dance with him. He did get in touch with me and told me he would refund the money back to me only to be disappointed with him for not coming through. Desired Settlementto be reimbursed for the full amount

Luxury Travel Flights (LTF) run by [redacted] (CEO) and [redacted] (President) scammed me out of $3300 and 160,000 frequent flier miles. I was introduced to LTF at a Travel Convention at the [redacted] in May/June 2015. LTFs business is to exchange $$ and frequent flier miles received by it's customers in exchange for providing airline tickets. After providing LTF $3300 and 160,000 miles in July 2015 for airline tickets from [redacted] to [redacted] scheduled for Jan 2016,[redacted] and [redacted] assured me that they would come through with the tickets (for several months) which they never did. Internet research after the fact on [redacted] and [redacted] indicates that many other innocent people have been scammed by these two over the years and that they have used different company names and business locations as well in the past. I was offered a discounted business class ticket asked to deposit $1,800 in the bank account. No ticket was issued and no refund was given.The person dealing with me on the phone [redacted] continued to assure me that the ticket will be issued. Eventually, he told me that the company owner had committed a fraud and the company had gone bankrupt and my money was lost.
