This company strung us along for over a year promising to deliver on blinds we had fully paid for. First the first shipment "was lost", then he re-ordered it and we were told it came in damaged, then he told us he would tr-order it again. After a year of this we finally got Legal involved and he said that he went bankrupt a year before. He is still running this business, taking people's money and not fulfilling orders.

Desired Outcome

We would like him to complete the installation of the blinds or provide us a refund.

After a year and a half of dealing with this company, we were told that the store would refund us $500.00 for fees encountered when this company damaged our California shutters after I contacted them in order to repair of shutters. The original order was given in June 2017. They can to remove our shutters. We were told about six weeks. After six weeks, I contacted them to come and install the shutters I was told that the shutters had broken in the machine used to repair the shutters. We had to purchase new shutters from them at the total cost of about 2300 dollars. We now had to wait for the new shutters to be ordered. We then had
to wait for a long time to get these shutters back. When they were delivered, the installation was not to my satisfaction but we had no choice but to accept the way they had done it. With this order, we also had shutters for our bathroom. It took at year for them to be installed because either they were on a truck, with one of their installers. Once they were ready for installation, they did not match the other shutter in the room and needed to be reordered. After many attempts to organize a time for installation, I got really angry with one of their installers and threaten to call the Revdex.com and then I was called by ***, who stated that I was right to be upset and that I had been very patient and that to compensate me *** would convince *** to share the cost of the compensation and offered us $350.00. After having this offer, I still had to wait another six months for any sign of life from Luxury Window Coverings. I called several times and either got the answering machine or I had to leave messages. At one point the refund offer was $500.00 dollars. Ant attempts to recover this refund has been very difficult. The last straw came when this Tuesday April 8th, I was told by *** that he had just sent me an e-transfer at my husband's email address. That same evening, when I mentioned it to my husband he said that he had not received anything. I waited until today, April 10th and still nothing.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my refund as promised and then not have to deal with this company again.

We did a contract to install window sheer shades with remote control. Adrian the salesperson who was knowledgeable and fair took care of the sale and the installation. There were some issues with 2 remotes out of 10 windows but in a week they came back and they resolve the matter. Was something about the supplier. We were very happy with the job

Product was incorrect I was promised on contract that replacement will come it has been 2 yrs of back and forth with *** and all I get is excuses. Nothing has been replaced and no refund.

I want a replacement or refund...i have correspondence stating the *** will refund me but instead has made excuse after excuse for 2 years. This is what happens when u oay in full

In January 2017 I signed a contract to have Luxury Window Coverings install solar powered motorized shade-o-matic window coverings in my condo. *** is the owner and he was knowledgeable and provided a great price. The install was scheduled for March 2017. When the install date came it was only partially completed. This is when the problems began. *** kept coming up with excuses for not completing the job including manufacturer issues, delays. During this time, one of the window coverings fell off and cause a dent in our floors. *** indicated he would have this rectified. *** Summer 2017 and the excuses and install keeps getting pushed. Then we finally were about to get everything fixed when *** indicated a car accident occurred with his team and all the blinds were destroyed. He them promised to give us a full refund with the insurance money and complete the job. New blinds were apparently ordered and install was to occur in December 2017. Due to more delays and excuses this was pushed to January 2018. Then *** indicated a family emergency occurred so he would have his colleague *** deliver the cheque in the meantime before install. Of course, this did not happen either. *** could not come twice due to delays and a snow storm. *** then apparently lost the cheque and a new one had to be made. We have now not heard from *** at all and the website is under maintenance. Ideally we would get the full refund and the job fixed which is what was promised...

Desired Outcome

Full refund and completed job would be ideal as this is what was promised. At the very least a completely finished job or a full refund.
