Absolutely the worst company to deal with!! Ordered April 23rd, my credit card payment processed April 24th, so May 25th I'm still sitting here with no furniture and the company has 100% of my money I have been told I would receive an email with the shipping information, nothing I have called this company more than times, each time I wait anywhere from min to now 42+ minutes for someone to answer Called around 5/told order would be there on 5/or 5/I called on 5/was told order would be there 5/25-5/I said this is unacceptable, cancel my order Richard promised me an email that would state delivery by 5/and a 7% credit back to my account I called on 5/24, talked to Richard again, he said he has the tracking number, I asked for the email he said he would provide 5/on the phone again still waiting for someone to answer, now min waiting, still no email with guarantee delivery or promise of a credit I'm just going to cancel my order; it could be right down the road on a truck for all I care This is just not acceptable business practice My time spent waiting for someone to answer the damn phone is far more valuable than savings on the furniture One last thing, my credit card was also compromised shortly after placing an order with this company

I bought a 7 pc sectional in jockey red sunbrella, 3 years ago, it hasn't fade! wow, this luxxella product took a long time to get hwoever it was worth the wait. I strongly recommend buying directly from their website, there's a lot of false Luxxella products.

I am usually good at researching products that I buy. Eight out of 10 times I am very happy with my choices. I was fooled this time. After spending more than $2,000 I did not get the product I thought I would. The chairs came with plastic leg piece at each corner of the chair. Some of the pieces were broken. This made the chair wobbly.

The high price included hundreds of dollars for Sunbrella fabric. Some reviews said that the Sunbrella fabric looked "like new" after months of being in the sun. That is not true. Our fabric started showing fading after only a few weeks. Lesson learned is next time I would just pay for the less expensive fabric and replace as needed. There is no cost advantage to Sunbrella.

One of the cushions came wrapped in plastic that was torn and taped up. I suspect it was returned by another customer and Luxxella sent it to us. It did not match the other cushions. The cover did not fit well and the stitching was irregular. So I can understand why it was returned by another customer.

I contacted Luxxella but like several other reviews indicated they do not respond.

If I were to choose over again, I would buy Ohana, Urban, or one of the other makers. Buying from Luxxella was a mistake.

Like many others that you can find on the internet, I too fell for the rescheduled ships dates and promises on multiple occasions of which never actually occurred. What did occur is they charged by CC on the day of the order and held my $2,000 for 6 weeks until I disputed the charge with [redacted] I would not do business with this company. I personally felt it was a scam.

Also, others who have done business with Luxxella (or tried to) have mentioned they had fraudulent charges on their card after doing business with Luxxella. I experienced the fraud charges on my card within days of providing them my card info and had to cancel the card and be reissued a new card.
