From what is on the packaging, because there is no receipt included in the package (which is a major customer service issue), my Order number is #***....which can't be found on your return center link. I want this all to stop. I am very disappointed in your service. It took forever to be delivered, no on responded to my numerous emails and now you want me to fix the issue of a stone falling out in one day. I am exhausted and I really hate dealing with you and your product. I want my money back. I work very hard for the money that I have and it's quite horrible having to explain and do the work that you guys should be doing. Please send a return label or do whatever you need to do. I have yet to receive the receipt I requested a week and a half ago. I really wish you guys would just stop with the nonsense. Why can't in speak to a customer service representative on the phone? Why? Why? Why? I hate this.

Here is one of many complaints I've sent to this company. They don't have a phone line connected, so there is no way to speak with a representative. They sent my receipt to an in adverted email address, and did not include one when my package arrived. So, I have nothing except what they emailed me....which doesn't include an order number. They require an order number for a refund. It's such a weird situation to *** in. They won't provider me what I need to return the item, but offer to send me another at no charge. Oh, and they want me to play for shipping to send it back to them, but didn't ask anything to ship another crappy ring for free. The stone in the ing fell off in one day. And I was not doing anything that would have warranted it falling out. They refuse to call me, they refuse to send the order number and they have basically stolen my money. I don't want this crappy ring. I want my money back. And I also do not want a gift card that they offered for whatever.

This customers complaint is very long winded and emotional, not based on facts. This is the first complaint we have ever received like this out of being in business for 2 years, with thousands of customers. Our feedback rating is very good. This customers main issue is the long delivery/exchange time. This is due to covid-19 and the many delays/issues USPS has been experiencing lately. These are things out of our control. Ive talked to our team, and his return was scheduled to be sent today, it has just been processed. We do not ask the customer to return a defective item out of convenience for them, if our product breaks and you send a picture we will replace it for free. This can be seen in our websites return policy. The reason we cannot refund is because the ring broke after our money back policy but includes a lifetime warranty on all our products, so if it breaks we will always replace it for free, just during this time it is not processed or shipped as quickly as normal due to circumstances way out of our control. In addition to this, our email confirmation is sent to the email provided and DOES include an order number which is standard for any business, as well as placing an exchange/return with an online store you ALWAYS need to state your order number or how else would we find the right order, this is standard for any store. We do not print receipts, as you can see on our website, we are very sustainably focused in our business and use recyclable packaging, responsibly sourced products and try to keep our waste to a minimum, that is why there is no receipt printed off and put in the package, the receipt is emailed like any other online store. You cant return a product at an in person store without a receipt and since the receipt is emailed to the email provided by the customer this should not be an issue and hasnt been for the other 8000 of our customers. We run a small business and have never had an issue like this, our products are high quality imported from italy and we ship them from the US. If someone has their jewelry for awhile and it breaks, we replace it for free, everything is stated on our website very clearly. Many jewelry stores do not offer free exchanges or replacements since so many people will buy something they cannot afford and then try to get it for free, we offer free returns/refunds for defective items within 3 days of receiving it, if it breaks after that or even if you decide to exchange for a new size we always will exchange it for free. We hope this customer can accept their free exchanged ring, we apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully they understand that these are difficult and weird times for everyone so if their free exchange takes a little longer to get to them it's something we can't really control. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my refund. My complaint is based on facts. Period. They can spin it anyway they’d like, but if you review comments on their Instagram you will see that they’ve had more than 2 complaints. I wish I cared more to argue with them, but I don’t. They miraculously open the lines of communication once I reached out to Revdex.com. So thank you, and I don’t want anything to do with this company that’s swindling people with lack luster knock-offs. I’ve learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for. So I’ll make sure to invest in quality going forward. Best regards
