I have received a defective and damaged product from Luxy Hair. I have notified within days of the defect. However customer has not come to a proper resolution or issued a full refund. I even suggested to ship product back. They have cheated me of $327 for a defective and fraudulent product. The product is not even as described.

They mention on the website" You can exchange or refund your order within 60 days.". However they have choose not to provide a return label or provide instruction for me to even ship the item myself. I notified them within a week of defect.

Desired Outcome

Full refund. I can send product back to address provided.

Our return and exchange policy applies only to non-opened products, but we're always happy to work with our customers if they believe their product was defective. ***, please email us back at *** and it will be our pleasure to come to a resolution on the matter.

I have contacted the business's e-mail (***) on multiple occasions. All I get is generic responses and discounts toward a new purchase. They have even offered only $20 refund. I am not going to e-mail them anymore there. I want a resolution offered here. I will only accept a full refund. I am more than willing to return product. I have notified well within 2 weeks of defect. Product return policy is 60 days. Product obviously had to be opened to know there was defect.

Product total was $239.00 USD. I have been cheated and been only suggested a $20 refund. This is ridiculous.

I have been in contact with the business since July 2018. They came to no conclusion. They sent me a defective and worthless product. The only offer I got was $50 discount towards another $300 purchase or a $20 refund. My purchase was $298. Is this a joke? Why would I even buy another product from such as *** company.

If the company does not issue a full refund, I want you to display all the message publicly. This is really disgusting for a company to *** people like this.

We have been speaking with the customer via email (***). We have offered her two solutions (a generous discount back or towards a new set of Luxies), and she has refused both offers. We will not be proceeding with a refund given the timespan she has had her purchase for - since July 2018.

Purchased hair extensions from company for over $200 they arrived opened and what appears to be used condition(they small and are very greasy). When I emailed company the woman responded and said they would be happy to give me a $20 store credit. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I don't know how this has not been brought to someone's attention before.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the used hair and receive a refund.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I'm happy to confirm that Ms. *** has been refunded fully for her order as she provided us with the return tracking for the product she purchased.

We are awaiting her *** email address so that we can credit her back fully for the return shipping costs as well, as we are unable to refund more back than what she paid to the original method of payment.

I will make another followup for this right now.
