lets start with my employee you delt with he has a speech problem he always slurs no not drunk so let not judge there , as for the problem when the car came in brakes were not locked up but the rotors and calipers got so hot it turned the rust
orange I told her that it wasn't locked up now but had to start there she agreed when we finished it we drove it worked fine she brought it back again and I talked to her son who agreed next step was a master cylinder we did it and didn't charge for labor and had hers warrantied through oriellys if it didn't work me and her son agreed it may be power booster it left was fine then called back was doing it again only this time instead of talking to me they got one of my guys and got nasty on the phone with him including swearing and threats and that's why he had a attitude I would have told them to pound salt and hung up no one gets paid enough to get yelled at and swore atlast I knew we was going to look at it again if master cyl didn't fix it I only charged them for original frt brake job and told her it had to be done and that if it wasn't locked up that's all I could see it needed never did I charge her more or say I was going to charge her more except for the power booster if it needed it and told her son I wouldn't charge for labor she drove this car so much locked up the first time no choice in having to do frt brakes they called and said both brake hoses where bad I very much doubt that you almost never see brake hoses going bad at same time unless someone puts something in master cyl besides brake fluid , I will not refund money she had to have the frt brakes period ! PS maybe she should have been in on calls with her son and me then she would have known what was going on

They did not replace the brakes that they charged me forI have the brakes that were taken off by another repair shopIt is very obvious that they were not replaced at allI will not pay for something that was not doneI can get a statement from the other repair shop stating that there is no way that those brakes were replaced

I put on remanufactured calipers and brake pads I have the receipts from oriellys I replaced the customers master cyl with there own a warranty from oriellys at no charge .did exactly what I told the customer I was going to do and she authorized it the car was not locked up when it left it came back and her son said to change master if it didn't fix it we where going to look at hoses and brake booster that's last thing I heard anything could have happened to my remanned parts at other shop or with customer I will not respond any further and wont refund money for doing what I was told to do

This is totally unacceptableThose brakes were NOT replaced which I paid forI expect to have my money returned
