I applied for a lease with LVR Management, one of their requirements was a minimum credit score of 650. After they ran my credit through Experian, they lied about my credit score, and claimed there was a delinquent account, they still offered the lease, but they tried to double the deposit, I declined. Later that day I followed up on the matter, and checked my credit through Experian myself. Turns out that not only is my credit score well above their minimum requirement, I have no delinquent accounts either.

I am rejecting this response because:per the lease agreement the payment is documented. The lease is a legally binding agreement and LVR Management is refusing to adhere to it. They are refusing to refund the additional deposit that they refused to document accurately. I am still requesting that they follow the lease and refund my $350 deposit. If they are unwilling I will contact my attorney and proceed with legal action.

I'm writing in reference to the attached letter I received stating two complaints from Ms. [redacted] located at 4504 (B) [redacted] in [redacted]. Please find below my...

response to the two complaints:
1.   Complaint was that we would not spray the property for insects. This statement is correct. Before a tenant takes possession of a property if there is an issue with insects we address it. The lease that we sign specifically states that the tenant will be responsible for their own pest control. We made this policy years ago due to the various chemicals that different pest control companies use. We are not willing to take on the liability associated with having a third party vendor spray chemicals in a tenant home. We feel it is better for the tenant to contract directly with a pest control provider or spray themselves as they are more aware of any medical or allergy needs that might need to be addressed due to the use of any said chemicals.
2.   I have checked our maintenance records and do not show any calls logged requesting that we look at any mold issues. I am creating a work order today to have someone look at the problem.

Horrible company to rent from! Entered my property without consent or notification on multiple occasions. Ivanna B[redacted] lied to me over the phone on countless times! I was harassed for having dogs, when my pet deposit was paid! Horrible, horrible and unneccesary experience! They should be ashamed of themselves!
