I am rejecting this response because: The photos they shared were before they replaced and repainted by hoodThere is now a new hood on it that has damage, not the existing hoodAlso, there were several patches of scratches on the hood after the car wash - and no scratches anywhere else on the carIf it was a car wash problem, the scratches would have showed up on other areas of the carThe car wash wipers aren't hood specific - they cover the entire carThe paint job is obviously sub par and was not done to lastI realize there is risk with a car wash and if there were scratches anywhere else then I could understand that argument but there are not.

*** *** came in 03/14/and spoke with Phu. She said she had gone through a car wash and afterwards notices deep scratches in the hood and brought it back wanting us to fix it as a warranty problem. He told her no we would not warranty something that
happened from a car wash. She got in her car and drove away. If there were scratches in her hood she would have noticed it when she picked up her vehicle three months ago. She does have alot of prior damages on her car before we even started repairs. Car washes are responsible for alot of damages on cars that happen only in certain areas not just all over. We feel she needs to contact the car wash facility
