This is our resolution. Please approve this response so I can get this complaint resolved:
Mr. [redacted],
We received your complaint filed on the Revdex.com website. We’re sorry that you do not agree with our pricing structure for emergency service. We dispatched one of our highly trained technicians to respond to your emergency call on a holiday weekend in late May. Our emergency / after-hours pricing is obviously higher than our normal business hours pricing.
You spoke to several different people at our office regarding this complaint. Certain managers are not always in the office or immediately available to take every telephone call, as I’m sure you can understand. We did, however, return your calls as quickly as we could but often had to leave messages on your voicemail. We did offer a partial refund along with complimentary tune-ups, but never heard back from you that you agreed to our resolution to your complaint.
We would like to offer you a refund of $170.50 as you requested to resolve this complaint. Please confirm that you approve of this resolution. Once we get your approval, we will send a refund check to your home address.
