Misinformation by the clerk
On Dec 23, I took a box of items to be shipped The clerk, *** said she would compare the Total Cost to ship the items in the box I had packed the items in or using one of their boxes She said the difference in cost was $and that if I used their box and it was lost or damaged they would Immediately pay but if I used my box they would inspect the contents and take a lot longer to payIf I had of used my own box the Total Cost would have been $according to the Calculate a cost on the UPS website She charged me $35.51($for postage and $for the Box) She overcharged me $ She did not tell the truth when she said there was only a $difference between the methods

Package Was Delivered And Given To The Wrong Customer
I ordered a package from Amazon, which was delivered to the UPS store where I rent a box and signed by HILL on December 21stWhen I went to pick the package up on December 23rd, I was told that the package had been incorrectly scanned and given to *** *** the day before, and they would have to contact her to see if she could bring the package backThe associate called her several times while I was there, but said there was no answer and she could leave a voicemailI returned to the store on December 29th to inquire about the package and was told they still had not heard from *** *** and the manager had just left to go on vacationI left a message for the manager to contact me to resolve this issue but still have not heard from him
