I had booked a van taxi for an early morning ride to the airport a day before our international family vacation using the yellow cab mobile appThe app confirmed my booking and on the following morning minutes before the booking time, I even called the main line to confirm if a taxi was coming, just got a reply that they are working on itminutes came and went, and I called again to get the same reply that no driver was picking up the ride and they are still working on itThey even told me that I may want to call some other cab company to see if I can get a ride as they might not be able toI tried another cab company and they didn't have a van taxi available eitherAfter another minutes and no taxi, I had decided to drive to the airport and pay to park at the lot for the duration of our vacationWhile waiting for my connecting flight, I called and talked to the manager, Rebecca, and explained the situationShe basically said she would have to investigate what happened as they should have had someone pick up the ride when it was on the system the day beforeAs for compensation, she did not have any way to compensate us for the missed rideA few calls later in the day were NEVER returnedOur vacation started off on a bad note, and almost got wrecked by an unreliable serviceI would not recommend Yellow Cab if you want an early morning ride that will be there for you

I called yellow cab to get us to the garth brooks concert. I was told 45 minutes by the driver that called back. After waiting for 1 hour I called the driver and did not get a response. I called the main number and was told "sorry I hope he gets there."
I would not recommend anyone use yellow cab since we are now driving to the concert ourselves. This really ruined our evening as we were planing to go to the bar and now one has to drive.
