I am rejecting this response because: I received the new AB - 241 Law from LWF Home Care Specialists. AB - 241 does not address sharing the overtime pay for a caregiver in my mother's home when the caregiver goes overtime with another client in that client's home. I signed a contract on August 1,2011. On page one of the contract, I agreed to the overtime as written in the contract. I did nor agree verbally or in writing to pay for overtime when the caregiver goes overtime with a client that is not my mother. I have been billed for overtime when the caregiver in my mother's home goes overtime with another client. I agree to the terms of the contract I signed on August 1, 2011. I expect LWF Home Care Specialists to abide by the contract.
