This is the second time (comp.# [redacted] )I am filing a complaint against this company because I still have not received the order I paid for and although the company did contact you and said they would immediately send my order and I accepted their response (11/30/15)in good faith I STILL have not received my hairpiecesThe original complaint still stands and is not resolvedAs in the first complaint I have made additional inquiries by email 12/03/(no response) and followed up with a telephone inquiry on 12/14/(No response so I left message)As in the first complaint, if I want to place an order all I had to do was have my credit card number readyHow can they take orders and accept payment if they have no intent on delivering the merchandiseIs this fraud? If I do not get satisfaction, is there another avenue for recourse? I wonder if I write to the state attorney can this business lose it's license? I am at my wit's endI had truly hoped to find a supplier and instead have been a victim of theftReturn my moneyI no longer want the hair pieces
