This is the second time (comp.# [redacted])I am filing a complaint against this company because I still have not received the order I paid for and although the company did contact you and said they would immediately send my order and I accepted their response (11/30/15)in good faith I STILL have not received my hairpieces. The original complaint still stands and is not resolved. As in the first complaint I have made additional inquiries by email 12/03/15 (no response) and followed up with a telephone inquiry on 12/14/15 (No response so I left message). As in the first complaint, if I want to place an order all I had to do was have my credit card number ready. How can they take orders and accept payment if they have no intent on delivering the merchandise. Is this fraud? If I do not get satisfaction, is there another avenue for recourse? I wonder if I write to the state attorney can this business lose it's license? I am at my wit's end. I had truly hoped to find a supplier and instead have been a victim of theft. Return my money. I no longer want the hair pieces.

Review: PLACED AN ORDER ON 07/08/2015 AND PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. TODAY IS JULY 30,2015 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT. I HAVE CALLED AND LET AT LEAST 10 MESSAGES, EMAIL 5 TIMES AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. TO SAY I AM UPSET WOULD BE AN UNDER STATEMENT AT THIS POINT.Desired Settlement: IF I CAN GET MY ORDER IN THE BY AUGUST 3 I WANT A FULL REFUND. I ALSO FEEL THAT THE SHIPPING CHARGES SHOULD BE REFUNDED EVEN IF THE ORDER IS DELIVERED. IT SEEMS THAT THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR THIS VENDOR/COMPANY. Review: I never received the items that I placed on November Third. My purchase was cleared by my credit card company on the same day. The LWLC website (known as [redacted]), shows my order was received and my payment was processed. After approximately 20 calls (which always go to voicemail regardless of when you call), I sent an email to the company asking for a shipping tracking #. I received an email on November Eighteenth claiming that my package was shipped but was lost and a tracker was placed on the package.The email says that a new order was sent, but a tracking number wasn't available. It's Thanksgiving today, and I have yet to speak with anyone from the company by phone (despite leaving several messages), or received a shipping tracking number, let alone received my package. I've emailed them and asked for either tracking info or a refund. I've received.neither.Desired Settlement: Refund back to the original form of payment (my credit card)

Review: On October 4, 2015 I ordered several wiglets and a color ring from LWLC Distributing which totaled over $100.00. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my bank account and I was to receive delivery with-in 7-10 business days. I am still waiting a month later and I still have not received my order. Their website has a link to track my order and it posts only that my order has been "settled". I have sent 2 e-mail inquiries which returned auto respond messages that I would be contacted with-in 24-48 hours and again, I am still waiting. I thought perhaps my order was late due to back ordering and was willing to give benefit of the doubt but they will not respond to my inquiries. I have also called their telephone number to speak directly to a rep. I can place another order and give my credit card number but when I select the option to speak to a rep the call ends.Desired Settlement: I still want the product but if they are no longer available I would like a refund of $100.96.

Review: I placed an order on 6/24/15 and I have yet to receive it. They promise to have your order there within 7-10 days. You cannot track it on their website as all it shows you is "settled" which was there day one. And what exactly does "settled" mean? I have left numerous messages and sent emails and no one has yet to respond. My order was for over $100. As I am starting a new small boutique/salon, it is very important to me that I have good and honest business relationships. I either want my money back (which was debited from my account the day after I submitted my order), or my merchandise. This is so very frustrating to be in limbo like this and it is impacting my service to my customers!!!Desired Settlement: At this point I still need my order, however, if they are not going to send it or be a business that keeps their word, then I would like a refund.

Review: I order a banana clip hair piece wig from Exceptional Hair on 3/13/15 and it is now 3/28/15. This business states it will ship my order out in 7 business days. I have sent many emails no response. I filed a dispute with [redacted]. Because that is what I used to order from this company. They charge me for shipping and handling. All I want from them is a full Refund plus shipping and handling charges. I never received my item. I have a very popular youtube channel and blog. And give reveiws on products I purchase for consumers. Hair and beauty products. Millions of subcribers watch me and read my blogs. I am very honest about my reviews. At this point I just want my refund of. $23.94I wiil not do business with this company. They do nit give you any shipping information or tracking number. They never email you to say if its a delay or apologize for you item be late. Nothing! Very bad pratice indeed. Now my viewers will know it also. Never do business with ExceptionalHair.comDesired Settlement: I want my full Refund of $23.94 that covers my price I paid plus shipping cost for a product I never received! I do not trust them. Like I said I also lodge a dispute with this company with paypal and they still haven't responded back!

Review: I placed an order on 2/17/15. Your site states standard orders are shipped in 7-10 business days. It is now 3/10/15. Your tracking system simply gives date ordered and status says "settled". It has said the same thing since the day after I ordered. The money has long since been debited from my account. I've called and called and even sent an email. I finally spoke with a person on October 02, 2013 and was told the wig is no longer available and a charge back should be in my account by October 03, 2013, it was to be submitted on the day I spoke with her.

Now they will not answer any calls from my number or return any messages, and they still have my money and chose to ignore it.

If that product was no longer available I feel they should have contacted me immediately with other options. I do know they just can't keep my money for "NO SERVICES RENDERED" PLEASE HELPDesired Settlement: I AM REQUESTING THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID. I suffer with severe anxiety and panic attacks and have been on medication for it for years.

Since this situation has increased my anxiey severly, I'm seeking $5,000 in mental distress, depression and theft. Because when you take something from someone and refuse to return when you know you've done nothing to earn it....IT'S THEFT. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Initial Business Response

The information provided by the client contains some inaccuracies. The client did indeed place an order with us in mid-September. The item the client ordered was out of stock so a refund request was submitted. Upon approval, her refund was included in the next refund batch, which is processed bi-monthly. It clearly states in our Store Policy that refunds can take about 2 weeks to be processed.

We did speak with the client to inform her of the status of her order and in references to the status of her refund. In addition, we followed up with an email. Her order was indeed refunded IN FULL and in the time specified.

When we are assisting a client, we are not to place the call on hold to assist another client. We clearly state to leave a voice message however this client chose to repeatedly call (according to her own statements) without leaving messages. This makes it impossible for us to return any calls to her.

We have been more than accommodating to this client. She has always been a pleasure to assist when we have spoken with her which is why we are a bit surprised that she has gone through such measures, especially since we have done everything we said we would do. We wish the client the very best with her medical condition. We appreciate the feedback and will work to improve our processes.

I will not change single word in my first complaint. IT IS ALL TRUE. What would I gain about lying about my own money. I was given a date the charge back should be back in my account and on that date the money was not there. I started telephoning again, and again, leaving a message each time. All my call went unanswered and no returns. I find I odd that they waited to the very last minute before responding to your correspondence. WHY WOULD IT TAKE SO LONG TO TELL THE TRUTH????? I've worked in business and management until I retired, I'm not someone who would file a complaint if I'm being satisfied. I never was informed the wig was out of stock, and the authorized payment was taken from my account the status I ever received was "completed". Below you will find a copy of the email I received from execptional Hair on September 13th, the order date: IT IS STILL MY OPINION THAT THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!
