This company is a *** and should not be in business. They ruined my wedding for so many reasons and refused to give me my money back. The vehicles described on LX LIMO's website (http://torontolxlimo.com) were not the same vehicles that arrived on the date of my wedding.
The vehicles deficiencies include:
12 SUV Limo
' Limo arrived dirty inside and with broken step causing passengers trouble with entering and exiting the limo
' Limo did not have a privacy divider as agreed to (driver explained this was broken)
' Limo did not come with glassware as agreed to
' Limo driver was provided with improper itinerary as confirmed with company numerous times via email ***
Due to the *** taking place and other road closures, we were unable to get to the church on time and was the sole cause and result of not having a wedding mass; a huge disappointment to me, my husband and our entire family. What was supposed to be a 5 minute drive (limo picked us up outside ***, 37 King St E, Toronto, ON M5C 1E9 and was supposed to take us to ***, 65 Bond St, Toronto, ON M5B 1X1) turned out to be a 45 minute drive. Instead of referring to the itinerary provided to company, the driver proceeded to take us to the return address located on the other side of the city

' Limo Bus put passengers and pedestrians at risk by blocking traffic numerous times, getting stuck in the middle of an intersection hitting a traffic light as well as almost hitting a pedestrian while walking across intersection crosswalk
' The vehicle provided was not climate controlled as agreed to and did not have air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. This caused babies travelling aboard bus to break out in heat rash and made elderly passengers feel ill and uncomfortable

I would love a full refund for the lack of services and product provided. I have pictures off all the deficiencies.
Customer have filed a complaint with us that driver have hit the post and that bus had no AC. Both claims are not true, driver of limousine (very long vehicle), had trouble turn around a corner in very tight spot, which is expected for long vehicles like that. He was close to a post but never hit it, vehicle is untouched, and certainly none of the passenger have been affected. AC in the bus was working, but it was a hottest day of the year, and AC was working to max, still customer was not happy with temperature. Most of the heat was from sun in the windows, not from AC being broken as customer claims.
