For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMy grandmother was with me when we went back to the salon and she saw everythingI know what happened and they didn't not try and fix themShe women did not "gently" touch my arm she grabbed it and tryed to pull me back to sit downI want a full refund.

My first time going was horrible! The employees were rude, disrespectful, and seemed to dislike their jobThey rushed through, they cut my cuticle, and they used dirty equipment! I got a staph infection and my real nail was ripped off with the fake one! The man doing pedicures was drink alcohol!

We did our best gel fill manicure for Ms. [redacted]. Sometimes, other reasons are involved that would make Ms. [redacted] not so happy about our service. When Ms. [redacted] was at our salon, we did a gel fill manicure for her and everything looked perfect when she left our nail salon. When Ms. [redacted] called us to let us know that her finger nails cracked and chipped 5 minutes after leaving our salon, we did not really know what happened. As standard procedure, gel fill manicure dries under UV light to dry the gel and strengthen it. If her nails cracked and chipped only 5 minutes later we don’t really understand why. We did review our procedure process for gel fill manicure for Ms. [redacted] and it was the same we have done for other clients. We are concerned that Ms. [redacted] is a first client not happy with our service.
Our trained nail technician spent over 45 minutes of time and effort to complete her gel fill manicure. We believed that Ms. [redacted] was completely satisfied with our service when she left the salon. If Ms. [redacted] was not happy before she left the salon, she should have let our nail technician know right away. We would have offered to fix anything she was not happy with at the time of service.
When Ms. [redacted] called us and came back to nail salon about 30 minutes later, we looked at her nails and there was minimal imperfection to her nails. With that, we decided a full refund wasn’t fair and offered to fix the slight imperfections. Our nail technician gently touched the back of Ms. [redacted]’s arm to assist her to a manicure table, willing to repair the imperfections. Ms. [redacted] then refused our offer and insisted on a full refund.
We regret that Ms. [redacted] did not cooperate with us and let us have an opportunity to make her nails more perfect. If we are allowed to fix them and she still has the same problem, then we are very sorry and will refund her money right away.
