Dear Revdex.com!I am the technician that took care of the customerI am writing this letter to explain whathappened on that dayThe lady came to get her nails done at LY Nail where I work on Sep 1th,She wanted to do ANC nailANC nail is a kind of color powder that dip the finger nailsintoI did the nails for herHowever, while I was working on her nails, I put wrong solution withoil so that her nails couldn't get dryI just told her to go wash her hand to rinse the oil offThen,I could continue to do the next stepsAfter finishing the last steps, her nails still were not be ableto dry and they were stickyI took the color off and did againAfter done for her nails, they wereperfectThen I told her to pay $She said that she didn't have to pay because I used thewrong solution for her nailsShe also threatened everybody at that timeShe said "You know Iknow Yell, Facebook, Revdex.comIf you get my money, I will tell them and it will effects to yourbusiness." Her voice wasn't niceIf she didn't want to pay, she shouldn't have said like thatWecouldn't do nail free for people like herWe worked very hard on her nails and her nails cameout perfect and dryShe said if she paid, she paid only $for taking off beforeWe said toher "NoIf you want to take off and pay $10.00, we will take off your nails now and you don'thave to pay $for your nail." She said she didn't want to pay and didn't take them off.Then, I said if she didn't pay, I would call the police or security to solve this problemThen shesaid "OKTell the police or security." At that time, we didn't call the police yet but she calledthe security mall to comeWe saw a security guard was coming by the shop and asked him tocheck her nails and to tell detail about her nailsThe security guard saw her nail and told her"your nail are fine, nothing is wrong, please pay for them." And then she called another womansecurity guard to come and to check her nailsThey still check her nail and said " they looksnice, nothing's wrong with your nails, please pay for them." She got angry and yelled thesecurity guard " [redacted] security guard." Then she took her credit card out and paidI asked her"Do you want to pay cash?" Then,I could continue to do the next steps. After finishing the last steps, her nails still were not be ableto dry and they were sticky. I took the color off and did again. After done for her nails, they wereperfect. Then I told her to pay $30.00. She said that she didn't have to pay because I used thewrong solution for her nails. She also threatened everybody at that time. She said "You know Iknow Yell, Facebook, Revdex.com. If you get my money, I will tell them and it will effects to yourbusiness." Her voice wasn't nice.
