This was my first and last experience at this nail salon. I would not pay anyone to come here for services. I should have paid attention to the red flag that not one employee greeted me and my friends as we entered the shop with intentions of getting manicures and pedicures and a little pampering. We were warned by the other patrons that this was their way and that we can just accept that we were ignored. We were instructed by the patrons to sign in and wait. 20 mins later we were asked what we needed and told to have seats in the massage chairs. After an hour of wading in the water and bold attempts to get answers we were still ignored and a woman finally comes to work on my friends feet at that time she carelessly snipped his skin while trimming causing great pain.
