I am rejecting this response because:
For one, I am NOT a first time customer, you would think that since I've done business with them on more than occasions they would consider me as a customer of there'sWhen doing business, you try and accommodate your "customer", apparently that doesn't apply to this businessTwo, all I'm asking for is for her to take off half because all she had to do was remove some material from the pocket to put where the hips of the dress is, it's never busy in her shop, it's not like she had a line of other peoples order to take care ofThirdly, whomever wrote that lied in the response because on the door it said they closed 5:on Saturday evenings, I got there 2:that Saturday and NO one was there, ALL the lights were off, and there wasn't even a NOTE on the door saying they closed earlier or they'd be back later, NOTHING! That is why I believe I deserve to get money offI'm not trying to get out of paying for it, I just want to be a little compensated
