Review: In 2013 I sign an agreement with [redacted] and they where to cancel the system I had [redacted] which they never didcancel [redacted]. So since the year 2013 they have been taking $47.99 out of my account and so has [redacted] been taking out of my account $44.99 each one every month. I found this out just a few days ago when money was taken out of my account causing an overdraft. The name that was on the over draft is [redacted]. With the help of my bank we were able to track down who [redacted] is. It turns out to be Cops Monitoring. Theytold me that they brought all the contracts from [redacted] they would not gave me any more information. I explained to them what was goingon and they said I had sign an agreement with [redacted]. I told them [redacted] never canceled [redacted], the salesman for [redacted] said they would handle canceling [redacted]. [redacted]never canceled [redacted]. [redacted] tested my alarm system and received, but when Cops tested my alarm they did not receive a signal back. When I have to use my security system [redacted] has always answer my calls since 2012. Since [redacted] misrepresented [redacted] by notcanceling [redacted] and I have been paying two companies. [redacted] orCops Mentoring needs to cancel with me and pay back for 42 months $1151.76 I feel very stupid for allowing this to go on as long as I did.This is causing me a lot of stress [redacted]Desired Settlement: To cancel contract and to refund $1151.75 [redacted]
