I ordered a black party dress for homecoming, and paid 15 dollars for express shipping. The express shipping stated, "3-6 business days". It is now the 7th day, and it still says the order has only been confirmed. I have sent multiple emails, and despite their claim that the company would email in less that 24 hours, I still have not gotten a response. I spent 60 dollars in total, and would like a complete refund.
