I met with Mr. James in February 2015 and reviewed his work. At that time he assured me and my fiance' that he would go above and beyond to make our experience with his business, enjoyable. I signed a contract with him and paid in full, per his request, on Feb. 4th. On April 20th I called and left a voice mail requesting contact to review our agreement and go over the details of our wedding. On April 23rd I sent him an email. I emailed again on April 28th and called on May 6th. On May 7, 2015 I enlisted the help of my wedding coordinator who also called him on the 7th and the 13th of May. All with no response. It was not until I sent a certified letter to his home/business, more than a month later, requesting a refund, that Mr. James responded. He informed me that his family member had been ill. I am sympathetic, but you can't run a business with no communication, no matter what the excuse. No communication for a month is unacceptable. I will never do business with Mr. James again!
