As was stated in my previous letter: The three Pictures and Ad that was on the drafts for sale has been removed, But the picture and Ad on Equinenow.com is still there and I sent you the web address for you to look at http://www.equinenow.com/horse-ad- It plainly states that Ivan is BAY Color and the picture shows a Bay horse not a Black one, as did the ad and pictures on the drafts for saleShe had access to both websites I do not understand Why she keeps saying that I told her Ivan was Black when it plainly stated on the ads she saw that he was Bay Ivan was in a dry pasture and barn, but on days that it rained or a lot of dew had fell he was able to go out if he desired The following is a paragraph from a email that I sent Bonnie stating this: As far as the Rain Rot, Ivan was out in pasture in the day time and of course because of his long hair on his feet he at times picked up moisture from the grass when it rained and dew There is a Iodine preperation for this that will take care of the problem I was not aware of the gash in his back leg, but again the iodine for this condition will take care of it If you want the complet e-mail I will be glad to send it I also did not state that I saw RainRot on legs, I didn't see any, nor did vetinarian or Amish Horseman mention anything at all I did not commit fraud in anyway..She saw the pictures and if she read the Ad..It stated he was BAY..Not Black When Ivan was loaded on the trailer he had No problems..He did not cripple onto it as she stated he crippled off the trailerHe was loaded easily,in good spirits and showed no signs of artheritis, nor did the vet mention he had any I have stated in the email I sent before as in this one, I didn't send her a sick horse and did not send her a horse other than Ivan that was advertised Thank you for your help in getting this matter resolved [redacted] ***

I advertised a BAY Clysdale on the draftsforsale website and also posted pictures at: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?tab=wm#starred/15164e2f687fd I just noticed the ad and pictures have been removed from that website, but I also advertised at Equinenow and the ad and a picture can be found at: http://www.equinenow.com/horse-ad- The four pictures that was posted on draftsforsale.com showed him as Bay color,There was only one that looked darker due to shadows I had him tested by a horse Vet, Dr [redacted] and she gave him a clean bill of health along with Coggins Papers There was no mention of the problems that the customer statesThe vetinarian did say that he could use more pounds, but with his height of 191/hands that wouldn't be much I had owned Ivan less than a year and only advertised what the other owner said was his age and him being in parades and trail rides I told her that I had not even been on him because of my healthI am not a horse person and she knew that Ivan was the first horse I had ever ownedI did have a Amish horseman look at him and trim his feet and work him, he said he was in good shape also There was definetely nothing mentioned about arthritis or Rain Rot as he was in a dry field and a dry barn I did respond to her first e-mail about the problems she said that Ivan had, but because I have been very sick for weeks I was not able to talk or even felt like reading emails I know I told her the truth as far as I knew and I did not feel I sent her a sick horse, If that had been the case I would not have sent him I absolutely Did not commit Fraud as she states and Did not advertise one horse and send her another, I only had the one Bay horse He acted fine when he was put on the trailer to be shipped to her Sincerely, [redacted] Lyle Farms

Dear Revdex.com, please look at the picture that is still on the equine site that he mentioned in his response letter.  The picture is of a black Clyesdale!!!!!  He has the picture that he posted right there on that site, trying to sell IVAN!!!!  The 4 pictures that he posted on DRAFTS FOR SALE also had pictures of a black Clyesdale!!!  And he flat out lied to you, he said IVAN WAS IN A DRY PASTURE & a DRY BARN.  He admitted to me in his e-mail that he SAW THAT IVAN HAD RAIN ROT ON ALL 4 LEGS, but he didn't notice the foot long gash inside his right hind leg, that was so old it had maggots in it!!!!!  And my vet came out and said he would need AT LEAST 500# to get him filled out, and that 50# wouldn't even cover any of his bones that are pretudding out of him!!!  He was in a very poor condition!!! And he looked completely emancipated upon coming off the truck that brought him to me!!!!!  I have around 25-30 witnesses that saw him cripple off the truck.  He looked like a horse that people send to slaughter!!!  And Mr. Lyle told me that IVAN was kept in a wet pasture and that there was always a lot of dew on the grass where he was kept.  And Mr. Lyle told me he thought that is why the rain rot was so advanced.  In the picture of the black Clyesdale is in the ad on the 2nd site he listed in his response.  That horse in that picture is NOT OF IVAN.  IVAN is a lite colored STRAWBERRY ROAN CLYESDALE!!!!!  He has never been that black!!!  And IVAN has never been a bay color either!!!!  So you can see the horse in that picture is very dark in the bright sun!!!  So Mr. Lyle responded that 1 of the 4 pictures of this horse looked black due to the shadows when he took the picture of IVAN.  A STRAWBERRY ROAN horse NEVER EVER LOOKS BLACK OR BAY!!!  So he definitely switched horses, or the picture is of the other Clyesdale he owned!!!  But he sent me a completely different horse!!!!  In the picture he posted is of a filled out, black Clyesdale!!!!!  And on the horse in the picture his hoofs & legs are healthy!!!  When I accepted the horse that Mr. Lyle sent me was a violently emancipated, all4 hoofs & legs very infested with rain rot, and crippled with severe arthritis, and starving to death!!!!!  So, YES MR. [redacted] DID SELL ME A VERY SICK HORSE, THAT LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE HORSE IN THIS PICTURE!!!!!!
Please get him to do the right thing.  Mr. Lyle did commit fraud, & he absolutely did show one horse on the Internet and accepted my $4,000.00 for the horse in the picture, & shipped me a very lite red & white haired horse, with all 4 legs covered & infested with rain rot!!!!!  If that picture was of the horse I got I would be thrilled!!
thank you very much for your continued help,

I advertised a BAY Clysdale on the draftsforsale website and also posted  pictures at:

I just noticed the ad and pictures have been removed from that website, but I also advertised at Equinenow and the ad and a picture
can be...

found at:
http://www.equinenow.com/horse-ad-1027463

The four pictures that was posted on draftsforsale.com showed him as Bay color,There was only one that looked darker due to shadows.
I had him tested by a horse Vet, Dr. [redacted] and she gave him a clean bill of health along with Coggins Papers.
There was no mention of the problems that the customer states. The vetinarian did say that he could use 50 more pounds,
but with his height of 191/2 hands that wouldn't be much.
I had owned Ivan less than a year and only advertised what the other owner said was his age and him being in parades and trail rides.
I told her that I had not even been on him because of my health. I am not a horse person and she knew that Ivan was the first horse I
had ever owned. I did have a Amish horseman look at him and trim his feet and work him, he said he was in good shape also.
There was definetely nothing mentioned about arthritis or Rain Rot as he was in a dry field and a dry barn.
I did respond to her first e-mail about the problems she said that Ivan had, but because I have been very sick for weeks I was not
able to talk or even felt like reading emails.
I know I told her the truth as far as I knew and I did not feel I sent her a sick horse, If that had been the case I would not have sent him.
I absolutely Did not commit Fraud as she states and Did not advertise one horse and send her another, I only had the one Bay horse.
He acted fine when he was put on the trailer to be shipped to her.
Sincerely,

As was stated in my previous letter:

It plainly states that Ivan is BAY Color and the picture shows a Bay horse not a Black one, as did the ad and pictures on the drafts for sale. She had access to both websites.
I do not understand Why she keeps saying that I told her Ivan was Black when it plainly stated on the ads she saw that he was Bay.

Ivan was in a dry pasture and barn, but on days that it rained or a lot of dew had fell he was able to go out if he desired.
The following is a paragraph from a email that I sent Bonnie stating this:

As far as the Rain Rot, Ivan was out in pasture in the day time and of course because of his long hair on his feet he at times picked up moisture from the grass when it rained and dew.
There is a Iodine preperation for this that will take care of the problem.
I was not aware of the gash in his back leg, but again the iodine for this condition will take care of it.
If you want the complet e-mail I will be glad to send it.
I also did not state that I saw RainRot on legs, I didn't see any, nor did vetinarian or Amish Horseman mention anything at all.
I did not commit fraud in anyway..She saw the pictures and if she read the Ad..It stated he was BAY..Not Black.
When Ivan was loaded on the trailer he had No problems..He did not cripple onto it as she stated he crippled off the trailer. He was loaded easily,in good spirits and showed no signs of artheritis, nor did the vet mention he had any.
I have stated in the email I sent before as in this one, I didn't send her a sick horse and did not send her a horse other than Ivan that was advertised.
Thank you for your help in getting this matter resolved.
