My agent Natasha Simon accepted Donnie Beasley of L and B real estate on 2/14/2017 and was signed by representative, Natasha Simon of LJ Group agreeing to pay 50% of one full months rent in the amount due of $447.00. Per Agreement between brokers attached,  "the fee under paragraph A is earned at the time the lease is binding on the parties to the lease and payable AFTER tenant pays first full months rent, the prorated rent, and the security deposit" My agent agreed as a courtesy to me to pay Donnie Beasley EARLY even though section 8 still to this very day has NOT paid the landlord.The first full months rent still has NOT been recieved and expected to be recieved by April 10. Donnie Beasley was told numerous times after harrasing my agent and I but still persisting with his harassment tactics. The only items that have been paid by or on behalf of the tenant as of April 9, 2017 is the deposit only. Therefore, this complaint is frivolous and should be removed.
