The service manager and the store manager spoke rudely to me on the phone when trying to schedule a repair from a third party extended warranty. Neither offered any help or a solution to my problem other than the warranty company does this all the time and should have known not to schedule Lyle's for the repair. I could never recommend Lyle's TV and Appliance for purchase or repair if this is how they treat potential customers.
