Lyman Exteriors did replace the gutters and down spouts on the homeThe house has very old asbestos tile siding.When screwing the down spout on the house one siding tile was chipped.Since this siding has not been made since the 60's it is very hard to find replacement tilesWe have been trying to track some down since it was brokenI just found two pieces this week from a home owner we did work for.(whom is very satisfied with our company)The One piece of siding will be replaced as soon as possible Yours Truly, Steve Lyman Lyman Exteriors LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID To clarify: the siding was not only chipped, it was ripped/torn in half Clearly, this wasn't the fault of the siding, but the improper removal of the downspout I can ask other local business folks to come look at it and give me their assessment, but I have had out of town contractor friends look at it and that was their take on it At base, this is about being told for months that it would be fixed I was told a month ago that the siding had been found and would be replaced weeks ago It has not happened In his response, Lyman has basically said "I'll fix it," which is exactly what I've been hearing Because Lyman forced payment before satisfactory completion of work, my only recourse is to complain until it is fixed So, yes, please come fix it

Review: Lyman workers were hired to replace the gutters on my house. They damaged my siding, did NOT tell that they did so even though it was obvious, and over two months later it is still damaged. They harassed me for full payment of the work and sent me a notice of lien. I paid them as I don't want legal issues. I want my house fixed. I have no faith that they will fix it. I have nothing good to say about this company.Desired Settlement: Fix my house... like it was.
